Polly Ng, Chairman & CEO of Global Women Connect (GWC)
Polly Ng’s speech was very touching and inspiring. She believes that to make an impact, we should start with ourselves and then unite with others to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Sissi Chao, Founder, REMAKEHUB
In her remarks, Sissi Chao encouraged young women to pursue their vocations and develop their talents to be successful and happy.

Beyond her impressive environmental work, she is committed to leveraging her position to drive change and support women. She creates activities that empower women in her community, and influences others through her numerous recognitions and extensive coverage.” stated the judges.

He believes that we can only help companies drive gender equality and promote women in the workplace through collective efforts and teamwork.
2022年度最佳男性盟友获奖者，李伟梁（Marco Lee）中国区联邦快递销售副总裁。他认为，只有通过集体努力和团队合作才能帮助企业推动性别平等发展，并在工作环境提升女性地位。
“He rolled out comprehensive women-inclusive and advancement reforms and tools and continues to champion policies to protect women against discrimination and advocates for their rights. He is committed and has a strong track record with women comprising more than 50% of his team. He practically and successfully implements his ideas to advance gender equality in his role as the lead for the Gender Pillar at his company,” noted a panel of judges.
